I spent a good part of the day having "Emily" time, which eventually turned into "Emily and God" time. I just had a desperate need to be alone and away and with God.
At camp it's easy to go go go all the time and forget to take breaks or relax. Sometimes it catches up to me and today was one of those days when I needed to remind myself that it's ok to just "be".
And I have been at peace ever since. I dare you to try it too.
